And He Shall Be Called…

Throughout the Old Testament we read about many prophecies of Jesus. One of the most popular of these prophets was Isaiah. The book of Isaiah has 66 chapters with one-third of this prophecy is about the coming of Jesus. A verse that has become popular in the advent season is Isaiah 9:6 - “For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

And so this is where we will rest during the advent season - in the names of Jesus. And He Will Be Called…
